Jackie L. Villars became part of the BPSI team in
2000 and earned a Bachelor of Business
Administration majoring in Accounting from
Marshall University. She is a Qualified Pension
Administrator (QPA), Qualified 401(k) Administrator
(QKA) and an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent
(ERPA). Jackie is a member of the American Society
of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and
the Greater Huntington Estate Planning

employee benefits field joining BPSI in July 1978. He
started out in the insurance business and helped build
BPSI into a thriving retirement plan business. Larry has
used his expertise in the insurance and pension fields to
build strong working relationships with CPAs and financial
representatives. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a
Bachelor of Science in Business majoring in Management.
